Agencies

You can register your clients and book a ride for them by using our e-forms. Please note the following:

• The Agency Registration Form opens an account for your agency. It must be completed prior to the Agency Ride Request Form (if your Agency is already registered, then you can fill out the Agency Ride request Form)
• Your ride request has to be received by 4.00pm, two business days (Mon-Fri) prior to the ride. I.e. if your ride is to take place on Monday, the request must be received by 4pm, the previous Wednesday
• Once your ride request is received, our Dispatcher will fax you a quote for your approval. The ride will not be booked until the authorized quote has been received by Transit Georgina
• If you need to cancel or reschedule a ride, please let us know a minimum of 24 hours in advance (Mon-Fri)
