Riders

You can register as a client and book a ride by using our e-forms. Please note the following:

• The Client Registration Form must be completed prior to your first ride  request
• Your ride request has to be received by 4:00pm, two business days (Mon-Fri) prior to the ride. I.e. if your ride is to take place on Monday, the request must be received by 4:00pm, the previous Wednesday
• A ride is not confirmed until you receive a call from Transit Georgina
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your ride, please let us know 24 hours in advance (Mon-Fri as noted above)
