Volunteer Drivers

Transit Georgina is looking for safe and experienced drivers who are interested in supporting their community. Our volunteer drivers use their own vehicles to provide transportation to individuals who are otherwise unable to connect with the services and supports they require.

As part of our team, you have an opportunity to:

• Have flexible hours based on your availability
• Give back to your community
• Receive training opportunities
• Be reimbursed for mileage

Please note that all drivers are subject to a formal screening/interviewing process.  This will include, but not be limited to a Vulnerable Sector Screening, a current Driver’s Abstract and References.
